1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website, booking an appointment, or receiving services from WERTY BEAUTY STUDIO, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use this website or book services.

2. Services

WERTY BEAUTY STUDIO provides cosmetic tattoo and beauty services including, but not limited to, permanent makeup (PMU), microblading, lip blush, lash enhancement, brow procedures, and related aesthetic treatments.

All services are performed in compliance with applicable Alberta health, sanitation, and safety regulations.

3. Eligibility

Permanent makeup services and tiny tattoos are available only to clients 18 years of age or older.

By booking an appointment, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years old

• You are legally capable of entering into this agreement

• All information provided is accurate and complete

WERTY BEAUTY STUDIO reserves the right to refuse service at its sole discretion.

4. Medical Disclosure & Client Responsibility

Clients must disclose all relevant medical conditions, allergies, medications, previous cosmetic procedures, and skin conditions prior to treatment.

Failure to provide accurate medical information releases WERTY BEAUTY STUDIO from liability for complications arising from undisclosed conditions.

Clients agree to:

• Follow all pre-care and aftercare instructions

• Maintain proper hygiene before and after the procedure

• Contact the studio promptly if any unusual reaction occurs

The studio is not responsible for results affected by improper aftercare, individual healing differences, or external factors.

5. Results Disclaimer

Permanent makeup is a semi-permanent cosmetic procedure. Individual results vary based on skin type, age, lifestyle, immune response, and adherence to aftercare.

Color, shape, and retention cannot be guaranteed.

Healed results may appear lighter than immediately after the procedure. Additional sessions may be required to achieve optimal results.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WERTY BEAUTY STUDIO shall not be liable for:

• Allergic reactions

• Infection due to improper aftercare

• Fading, pigment changes, or dissatisfaction based on personal preference

• Normal procedural side effects, including redness, swelling, or sensitivity

Total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid for the service.

7. Photo & Media Consent

Unless the client explicitly requests otherwise in writing prior to the appointment, WERTY BEAUTY STUDIO reserves the right to photograph and/or record procedures and results for portfolio, educational, marketing, and promotional purposes.

No identifying personal information will be disclosed without written consent.

Clients who do not wish to be photographed must notify the studio before the procedure begins.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, branding, designs, and materials — is the exclusive property of WERTY BEAUTY STUDIO.

Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use is strictly prohibited.

9. Privacy

Personal information collected through this website or during booking is handled in accordance with applicable Canadian and Alberta privacy legislation.

Information is used solely for business communication, record-keeping, and service-related purposes.

10. Amendments

WERTY BEAUTY STUDIO reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the laws of Canada.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Alberta.
