Refunds & Cancellations Policy

Cancellation and No-Show Policy

A valid credit card is required to secure all appointments. Your card will not be charged at the time of booking.

 

Clients are required to provide a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for any cancellation or rescheduling request.

 

Cancellations or rescheduling made less than 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time, as well as failure to attend an appointment without notice (no-show), will result in a charge of 50% of the total service cost to the credit card provided at the time of booking.

 

By scheduling an appointment and providing credit card details, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

No-Shows & Late Arrivals

Arriving more than 15 minutes late without notice may be treated as a no-show.

No-shows will result in a charge of 50% of the service cost to the credit card on file and may require full prepayment for future bookings.

If you arrive late and the appointment cannot be completed within the remaining time, the service may be shortened at full cost.

Service Results & Adjustments

We always aim for the best outcome; however, individual results vary depending on hair/skin type, previous treatments, and aftercare. • Refunds are not provided for dissatisfaction with a result where the service was performed as agreed. • At our discretion, minor adjustments may be offered within 72 hours of the original appointment.

Cancellations by Us

In the rare event we must cancel due to illness, emergencies, or technical reasons, clients may choose to reschedule or receive a full refund of the deposit.

Contraindications & Refusal of Service

It is the client’s responsibility to disclose all medical conditions, allergies, and prior treatments.

 

If you arrive with conditions that make the service unsafe (e.g., eye/skin infection, allergic reaction, no patch test when required), we may refuse service and the deposit will be forfeited.

Force Majeure

We are not liable for cancellations or rescheduling due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., weather, power outage, travel disruption). In such cases, deposits may still be retained.
