Deposits & Cancellations
A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking. • Deposits are non-transferable and non-refundable if you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice or fail to attend. • If you cancel or reschedule more than 24 hours in advance, your deposit will remain on file and may be applied to a new booking within 90 days, subject to availability.
Rescheduling
Clients may reschedule once without penalty if notice is given ≥ 24 hours in advance. • Rescheduling with less than 24 hours notice is considered a late cancellation, and the deposit will be forfeited.
No-Shows & Late Arrivals
Arriving more than 15 minutes late without notice may be treated as a no-show. • No-shows result in deposit loss and may require full prepayment for all future bookings. • If you are late and the appointment cannot be completed in the remaining time, the service may be shortened at full cost.
Service Results & Adjustments
We always aim for the best outcome; however, individual results vary depending on hair/skin type, previous treatments, and aftercare. • Refunds are not provided for dissatisfaction with a result where the service was performed as agreed. • At our discretion, minor adjustments may be offered within 72 hours of the original appointment.

In the rare event we must cancel due to illness, emergencies, or technical reasons, clients may choose to reschedule or receive a full refund of the deposit.

Force Majeure
We are not liable for cancellations or rescheduling due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., weather, power outage, travel disruption). In such cases, deposits may still be retained.
